The wedding day was full of activity and again, we had some great weather. There were two confetti processions - one with petals and the other with bubbles. We also did a smoke bomb session along the plane tree lined road. The couple even made time to walk to Ginestas and we took some photos in and around the town. The locals were bemused to see a bride and groom wandering around. Back to the venue for drinks, an entire group shot, speeches, dinner, a first dance under a tree dripping with fairy lights and then into the party barn. It was beautiful.
chateau de lartigolle wedding film of c & d
An Anglo/Irish wedding in Gers at the charming & vibrant Chateau de Lartigolle.
The ceremony was held at the local church which is set up from a winding road and overlooked by the village houses crooked in their age. The church was decorated with flowers of cornflower blue and there was so much music and some laughter as all weddings should have.
With the threat of unseasonal rain, the dinner was relocated from the front terrace to the cool and long cave. Candlelight in long lines down the tables cast flickering shadows and added a warmth and magic to the setting. It was beautiful.
With food and warmth and drinks, the couple ensured that the guests remained in an upbeat and celebratory mood by hiring a walking band who had everyone up and dancing.

It was a non stop, fun packed day including dogs in their wedding best, sunflowers fields, laughter, beer pong, table decorations created by the bride & groom & a great ambience. What a great crowd.
FROM EMILY & CLIVE
Today, Ordinary Days Films gave me one of the most beautiful gifts one could ever hope for: a feeling of being loved, complete and content... but over and over and over again.
If you're thinking of having an event/family reunion/birthday etc, I would seriously recommend you consider videography. And if you are sold on videography, then Fran (in my humble opinion) is the best one out there.
Thank you Fran

We sent you a video to try to convey our appreciation, but we are in puddles over here!!! What meaningful time, effort, and artistry you put into this. It’s very impressive, and we do not feel worthy!!! You are truly a therapist, comedian, and multi-tasking queen all wrapped into one gorgeous human!
Thank you a million times again and again. In what could otherwise be a stressful day, particularly with the weather, you kept the sailboat moving on choppy waters. We will never forget your contribution to our day :)
FROM SARAH & JAMES
We’ve been reflecting a lot this month , thinking about our wedding and wishing we could just do it all again. And part of that is looking through the amazing way you captured the day through the video and photos. You put us at ease immediately and you are gloriously honest, giving tips on what best way to stand so we look natural as well as at our best.
We loved you, our guests loved you and we love the images you created. We could not recommend you highly enough and by all means put this on any form of social media and spread the word! You are one in a million If we’re ever back in the area , we would without a doubt be on to you ! Keep being fabulous
