Chateau de Bourneau wedding film of S & L

The chateau and it’s park is absolutely stunning and is full of charm. It was here where S & L hosted a welcome drinks/ dinner for their guests from Australia & the UK. The guests made their way through a path cut through the meadow to the Orangerie. It was a beautiful setting for drinks and a bbq (provided by another Australian).

The wedding day began with bride prep within the Chateau. The rooms are high ceilinged and full of light despite the day being overcast and the threat of rain.

A short walk through the park of the chateau and along the street to the old village church. A ceremony, confetti and back to the lawn for drinks & canapes. The tables, decorated with white and green, were just across the bridge of the moat in front of the beautiful facade of the chateau.

The rain held off, much wine was drunk, the cake was cut with a sabre and the party started.
